I purchased a 3 year/50, 000 mile warranty in June 2007. At this moment I am within the time/milage frame of this contract, yet on July 20, 2009 the transmission failed in my 1992 Dodge Van, and i took it to Nationwide Transmissions in Flagstaff, Arizona (where it is now) to have it fixed. I submitted an order to try the teeth whiting product.Then called and cancelled any futher shipments as the product did not preform as advertized.I was assured that no futher shipments would be sent and no money would be withdrawn from account.I recieved another shipment, I refused the shipment on the same day and still the 99.99 was withdrawn from account causing overdraft fees to be addeed to my banking account. My Frigidaire Gallery Series stainless steel refrigerator door is rusting. I have not found anything that takes the rust off. I was told by Frigidaire that because the year warranty had expired there was nothing they could do except refer me to a repair man. From start to finish Elite Screens & President Russ Morgan has been a nightmare. They were to built their "specialty" - 3" insulated roof / screen patio. Took 4 months to start work because they lost paperwork twice of HOA approvals and tried to hold onto permit money without applying. I had to straighten it out with city. Happened to me too. $8.51 each month sucked from my account. They change their name every 2 or 3 months and (price savers, price limbo, e savings club, My e savings club). Bottom line is this: They will only refund the last 2 withdrawals and claim you signed up for membership in an online shopping club. when you agreed to a deal for Acai Berry, a box was checked by default that you agreed to pay for a monthly membership.
