Upon inspection, I discovered that at least one of the light fixtured is used and had been touched up repackaged and sold as new. I contacted the seller and was told that their return policy stated I could only exchange the items for other products they sold. I have been a customer of Alltel Wireless beginning in late 2000 under the Cellular One Co, which was taken over by Alltel. They have now been taken over by Verizon. Through my entire history with the company, I have never been late with a payment as it was set up from the beginning as an auto pay account. After receiving my money they told me that the FedEx wont allow them to ship 1 item and it should be at least a minimum of 3. The company advertised hosting service with email addresses. The email addresses hosted with them get constantly blacklisted, obviously because a lot of spamming businesses use their services. None of my email addresses with them are usable for sending mail. Totally unsuitable for business or if you expect to use email addresses for sending out email. I rarely use my Compass Bank VISA. In a pinch, I used it for a $13.53 charge. The bill arrived, and I paid it slightly past the 30 days due. They hit me with a $19 late fee. I called to ask that the late fee -- which is more than the charge -- be waived. They said I had to fax the request. In April of 2009, I purchased a car from them online. It was represented to have 35, 000 miles. I paid $8216 for it, they charged a $782 dealer fee. They represented the car to be excellent. The Carfax report had no accident history. I arranged transport to me $350. Upon arrival, observed the vehicle had 80, 000 miles and the whole front end had obviously been wrecked and repainted. Morgan Stanley lost my companies 401k saving for all our employees. We were told it would be a safe investment rated AAA We did not choose anything aggressive in terms of investing. It was supposed to be secure most importantly a safe investment. Morgan Stanley made reckless trades, some trades consisted of selling and rebuying the same investment. They did this to make a commission on the sale and purchase of the same instrument. There was no point in the buy and sale. Let me tell you my problem. In March 2009, I agreed to a "free trial" of this product and received my first 30 day supply. I received the 2nd months' shipment, but when I tried to cancel any further shipments and my contract with the company, AFI continued to bill my credit card. In early May of 2009, we wanted 1 tree cut down, and landscaping done. We were specific with Halo Tree Service, and the guy YES'd us over and over as we explained and repeated EXACTLY what we wanted.
