I never dreamed that it would be this difficult to cancel. I gave my payment in good faith. I am very upset I was not informed that if I decided to cancel that I had to do it by the 25th. I did let them know I wanted to cancel before the 25th. That would have been a great time to tell me of the cut off date. We had a Four Seasons Sunroom manufactured by Four Seasons Sunrooms of Hauppauge, New York. The whole concept is poor. The room becomes very hot when the sun is out and is uncomfortable to sit in. Without the sun, the room immediately changes to the ambient outside temperature, which during late fall, winter and early spring is too cold to enjoy the room. I had a credit for nerly $1000 with Alligiant, When I called a month ago, they said it was ok if I used the credit 1 week or so afterwards, since I did pay for it. To my suprise when I tried using it they said too Bad, its expired. The Customer Services Rep. I worked for this debt collection agency and observed that this company is charging some debtors up to 50% interest, and charging interest for periods before they held the account. They also remove over-charges from the accounts, and do not refund the money to the debtors. They use questionable practices to obtain funds from debtors, and verbally abuse some of them, using strong arm tactics. They also promise medical insurance after 90 days, but as soon as you expect to receive it, you are terminated for some reason or another. read full review »

I got hired by Clear and as a rep I had to purchase the modems. I did not want to buy the product and add more to my budget. I have been trying to return my modems for at least a year. Preferred Long Distance, Inc. will tell you they will save you money on their phone service through their phone slamming practice. Once you're on board with them you will pay a lot more than your regular provider and you wont be able to just close your account without you having to figure it all out. I found the solution by calling my old phone company for the procedure. Why didn't Preferred Long Distance help me with this? Because they want to keep billing you and they will. The worst customer service ever. There support team responses are in very rudimentary English, and on the one time I was able to speak to someone, dealt with someone who was very rude - it seems to be a mom and pop operation. I have a significant amount of email correspondence to demonstrate they are a bad company. The company goes by a lot of names: ScreenAid, Gadget Town, Yall Inc. At counter of Continental Airlines getting my boarding pass to New Jersey, and the one that will take me to NH (final destination). I was offered a free trial of acacia berries slimming pills and was assured I would only need to pay the postage. I accepted the trail and then a week or so later I noticed a payment of £75 had been taken out of my bank account without my permission. I would never have tried these pills had I known the true cost, I don't understand how these people have got away with this. Its disgusting and they very nearly took me over my overdraft limit which could have ended up costing me a lot more in bank charges. I have a Craftman lawn mower that I brought from Sears. I called the 1-800 number on the Craftmans owners manual so that I could have my mower serviced since it had been a couple of years since if had been serviced.
