I recently purchased a beginner metal clay kit from Fire Mountain Gems. After only 4-5 uses, the butane torch that came with the kit will not work correctly. In order to turn it off, I now have to use a screwdriver to pry up the off button. This tends to be a little scary while holding a lit 1400 degree or so torch. Someone had their teeth pulled at Wilson Dental and they sent them home bleeding badly. By that eveing the person was in the Wilson Hospital ER because the bleeding would not stop. Babies r us needs to stop hiring high school dropouts. We opened a baby registry with them in the above location and when we asked a store assistant about some product details - while employee was answering our question the manager "Amanda" stops by and tells us that we are not allowed to get assistance for more than 5 mins.
