This complaint is a buyer beware about Lanie Bulzachelli aka Shalane Doucette, the owner of Palace Cats Ragdolls in Ft Myers FL. I place a $200 with here at the end of Sept 2010 for a male blue mitted kitten that was to born in October. No complaints about the food but don't use the restrooms before eating it. They are not clean, are too small, are not handicap accessible and have no paper towels. Beware!! This is supposed to be a website with fares for active duty military but it is actually in Germany, at least the company behind it is (http://sky-tours.com). Kaiser is absolutely awful! They won't pay if you have complicated medical issues and simply don't care. They only care about saving money. They hurt me tremendously, and I am still in pain from their lack of care. When I filed a complaint with Kaiser, they offered me extended coverage and then reneged on their offer. In addition to all the pain they caused me, I now have to pay for the extended coverage bills they were supposed to cover. Very cruel and unethical! Joshua Leventhal of South Easton Massachusetts is advertising that he is an investor who buys houses and you csn rent to own them. He charges a fee of $2000.00, of which $1000.00 is due at the first meeting him. Then $500.00 a month later and $500.00 the next month. I purchased a Kenmore Elite Calypso Washer from Sears in 2002. Within one year it had the mother Board replaced for more than $1000 but luckily it was under warranty. I have never been happy with the performance of this washer. Clothes are dripping with water and full of lint. It has broken down couple of times and I have had it fixed . It is broken again and I just found out that there was a Class Action Law Suit for this model settled in 2009 and I was not even aware of it because Sears did not deem it necessary to inform me. We have successfully purchased and downloaded XBox LIVE's "Call of Duty: Black Ops - First Strike: Pack 1 (EN)". It appears from the games marketplace as fully downloaded and available to "PLAY NOW" yet we get the bogus and incorrect message screen: "To use this item, play the game it was downloaded for." It was my fourth visit and attempt at getting one of the employees at Impact Guns to show me a gun or even show any customer service whatsoever this afternoon in Ogden, Utah. They must be running a night after hours club illegally. They play music real loud every Friday night and Saturday night unitl 4 in the morning. I have told everone that works at the hotel and I even told an inspector of the building what was going on. Building inspector asked me if I think it is the security people at the hotel. I have been told to call the police if I have a problem. I have been told to knock on the door. I cannot do any of these things on my own. And the music is also played on weekdays.
