I was terminated by this company by accusing me of fraud when no such thing existed. They made up a reason to fire me and did not even discuss the issue with me before deciding to terminate me. My home insurance policy went from $1300 to $2000 because Hartford changed the fire protection provider from Germantown Hills FD to spring bay FD which is approx. 7-8 miles away! Called them up to make the correction and was told the underwriters have already decided spring bay FD was my fire protection dept. and they were not going to change it! On June 13th, I went into my local Bestway, which is located on 2801 South Olive Street, Pine Bluff, to pay my bill. The bill was due on the 6th. I was scheduled to travel with Atomic booked shuttle service for round trip transportation service to Lake Tekapo departing Feb 23, 2011 and returning Feb 24, 2011 through the ISite. I cannot warn you strongly enough to stay far away from this monitoring service. After our contract was purchased by this company they renewed our contract without notifying us. Apparently it was in the small print that they could do this but our prior alarm company always asked for our permission before renewing our contract. My family of 6 recently traveled to Ireland. After years of saving and searching for deals in Ireland, I rented a car online with Kenwal. Needing a large vehicle to accomodate my family and our luggage, I was able to get a Caravelle from Budget in Galway (via Kemwel). I would suggest anyone not buy a Pre-owned "Certified" Ford from Keith Hawthorne Ford in Charlotte, NC. In my experience they do not put them through the Ford 169 point inspection. I bought one which had three issues that would not have been there if they had properly inspected. Two they fixed since I caught them in time but the 3rd is my problem according the Ford Motor Company and Keith Hawthorne Ford. Buyers beware!!! The service manager actually misrepresented the facts as did Ford Corporate legal to the Better Business Bureau.
