Have all LG appliances in our home. All are less than 3 years old. First the fridge water lines broke and leaked, after having it fixed we began to use the water again only for it to break/crack again 1 month later. Have since turned it off. Last month the dishwasher stopped working. After a spendy service fee was told dishwasher was leaking, motor pump out and circut board. All of which to fix at least $400-$500. I have a Defy fridge which I bought 3 years ago, In August 2009 the fridge section started not cooling, while the freezer section was working ok. On 1/31/11, I contacted the asst manager at my Fayetteville, NC branch after checking my account online. Do not use VT Flooring and Maintenance for yoru laminate floors. Johan and Tolandi van Tonder are con artists. They installed our wooden floors but the quality of installation is shockingly poor (loose floor panels and loose skirtings). They promised to fix the problem but we are still waiting 2 months on. When the bed was delivered this Saturday they forgot to insert the support pieces for the bed. I phoned and asked if this should not be inserted at the time when the bed was being assembled. They informed me that it is for another delivery. The next day out of the blue they turned up and said they forgot to add the support pieces for the bed. After assembling the bed the left in a hurry. I recieved a bill from National Credit Solutions for 138.91. Although I did occasionally check out movies at Hollywood Video, I always paid any late fees and always returned the movies I rented. I have constantly emailed, and initally I was told my order was out of stock, this went on until January and now they have said they can no longer get the goods, I have asked for a ful refund but have not got this either. I could never download the product. Several emails to contact them at the support address were never returned all I got was more advertisement as well as offered to buy the products. There is no phone for them to discuss problems with there products I had to go through my credit company to get the number for the bank which eagerly refunded my money that was the only help I received. I was charged a penalty fee for paying my charge bill online on the due date. I was told that I could avoid the fee if I paid the bill late in one of the retail stores as the company gives a one day grace period on all payments. I have been visiting the location listed below for a period of 3 months. During this time I have used AVI Food Systems vending machines for coffee on 5 separate occasions. At each of these times I was just trying for a cup of coffee or a Cappuccino only to get a cup of what was warm creamed water.
