I called first and they said I had an affidavit on me for a payday loan (something I have never done). Oh, they also asked me if I had a lawyer. When I tried to get information about the details, the woman was extremely rude and hung up. In January of 2007 my wife and I began paying back her student loan to ACS. The payment was approximately $260.00 per month. Every month that I could I would pay a little extra.
