Being a devoted and continuing patron of Rio and having an anniversary dinner with my wife. We were served a fantastic dinner, steak and potatoes along with vegetables, fabulous. Problem, taking one bite we had to stop eating as my wife has heart and lung problems and the food was salty beyond belief. They go by many names: Hot Frog Media, American Generations and at least one other. Their web site is myagmag.com. I paid for a 1/4 page ad in a signature venue ad book. After 5 months I still had nothing in my hand and their rep (Drew Romagnoli) continued to ask me to be patient, though he still could not tell me when I would see this ad book. I have been buying Brooks Brothers never iron shirts for at least 10 years now. I have always enjoyed the fit and the pressed look. The longevity has always been an issue and getting more than 2 years without the shirts disintegrating was a stretch. Seems that the permanent "creases" in the sleeves are the weak link. However, more recently I have seen a definite deterioration in quality and fit, particulary in the Short Sleeve shirts. I recently received a phone call from a man named Glen, with a company called Automotiveusa.com . they guaranteed to sell my vehicle with in a 2 to 4 wk time frame. 4 months later, I cant reach them to save my life! Rooms Unlimited in Medford, NY misleads customers and makes promises they will not keep when it comes to delivering furniture. We were told the livingroom set we ordered would be in within 8-12 weeks. After 15 weeks we were still without the furniture and nobody could tell us why it was late or when it would be in. We tried to cancel the order but could not. Their customer service was rude and obnoxious--hanging up on us, yelling at us, and telling us it was not their problem. Never do they take the time to get my name to actually look anything up in their system. When you call it goes straight into their voicemail which your messages go unanswered as well. Recently turned in our 2008 leased Jeep Grand Cherokee. Way under miles and in perfect condition. Texas Military and family carpet cleaning showed up an hour late the day they were scheduled to clean my carpet. The supervisor was called 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and a person showed up at the house dressed up and not ready to clean the carpet. We made an appointment for the next day and they were a no show. I called them many times to reschedule and they finally called and left a message 2 weeks and 2 days later. Originally, I purchased tickets to fly to Spokane this Saturday with my return flight scheduled for Monday. Spanos Imports in Daytona Beach, Florida sells cars that are of low quality and not not as advertised. If you are thinking of buying a car from them consider my story. Dell has placed my new computer on hold and will not return it. I want it fixed or a new one sent to me. How would you like to be without a computer for you business. Dell has cost me a lot of money. The battery has been intermitant since it was purchased last Oct. I was detained by Officer David Baffuto for what seemed like a bank robbery. The Sunrise police did nothing to this corrupt cop. After all the dust cleared, he finally allowed me to leave, and thus ruining my vacation in South Florida. I asked what I was being detained for, mind you, I had just gotten some groceries from the store, and he wouldn't answer. The other officers covered for him, and its one of the most corrupt departments I've ever seen. My complaints against him went ignored. Please watch out for the Sunrise PD if you're ever in S.
