This site forces and ambushes you into thinking that if you pay for a service you will get it. For $34.94 you login and password information. Everything look great but then you try to log in and it turns out to be a revolving door. There is no information, you are ambushed again into paying more more and you get nothing! Run away! I closed my store's merchant account with SunTrust in Sept 2009. When I closed my SunTrust Banking accounts in Dec 2010, I discovered that SunTrust Merchant services had never stopped debiting my business bank account monthly service fees for Merchant Services. I sent a complaint regarding a car accident I had over a month ago, involving and caused by a Courierit vehicle. They responsed to my 1st report and said they would get back to me ASAP. A month later and I am still waiting. I now have to pay R3546 excess on my car, over and above the thousands of rands i have spent because of the accident in medical bills, physio treatment, renting a vehicle! THAT WAS NOT MY FAULT! Yes i have repeatedly been in contact with this same attorney group now since my SSDI claim in 2008 and been in compliance with thier every inquest and requirement to bring my claim to the adjudication stage now i am requesting them to expedite the decision writer's and to get my decision in writing and mailed in which they have neglected to follow up on, i am under on going unusual hardship and medical issues and mobility issues that this should merit consideration for expedited processing from a legal standpoint and they are not treating it that way . read full review »

Keep receiving phone calls from a John Smith stating he was from the Federal Crime Investigation Department. The phone number they left on my v.m. to return their call is 760-284-4631. I have received many calls from these people in the past - always the same foreign voice and he always gives me a different name -- sometimes he's John Smith, sometimes he's Kevin, or Patrick, etc. When I call them back they state they have a "complaint against my SS#" for unpaid payday loans. Do not buy anything online form COSTCO! They use third party vendors and then do not follow up. Over a month after my husband ordered a wine fridge for a Christmas present for me we still had heard nothng. On Sunday, January 9, 2011 at approximately 1900 hours, I visited Old Chicago with a friend. We ordered foods and drinks, with the amount totaling $29.78. My friend payed 20 dollars in cash, and I requested to the clerk/server to charge 9.78 to my Visa. He later returns with the receipt and 22 cents. My bank account has been debited the following charges for something I have no recolection of. These charges were not authorized and when I call the 800 number that is referenced with the charges it says it is no longer in service. Four weeks ago, this environmental company was supposed to fetch my refuse bin on a thursday which they failed to do. They arrived a day late by which stage the bin had been stolen. The drivers of the refuse truck the next day said that Veolia is responsibile for the replacement of the bin and that this must be discussed with management. Four weeks of phoning and asking for someone to clarify the above issue has yet to result in a single phone call. Not one. Every time I call, grovelling promises to return my call etc but nothing. Money2India has worked flawlessly for me for years. I had multiple recurring transfers set up to pay up housing loans in India on a monthly basis. Now they have suddenly decided to change their web user interface . There are multiple constraints - they insist that you use IE 7.x only. It does work whatever the web browser as long as you don't get locked out (with a message saying you a already logged in - when you need to restart and wait for 15-30mins). Be very careful when dealing with this company. They purchased close to $10k worth of equipment from us based on net30 days terms, and now two years later they still haven't paid our invoices. This is a company of thieves. At first, the owner (Mitch Robinson) would come up with false promises about paying the invoices in 1 month's time, however every month it was the same excuse "we'll pay you next month". I am writing this complaint because I find the lack of ownership that consumers take to be really disappointing. Businesses can make mistakes but I do not believe "the customer is always" right. Sterling Management Systems is refusing to pay my rebates of 99.96 per for trial orders of acaioptimum and advanced colon.
