Citi Mortage was contacted by us in Sept of 2009 to see if we qualified for the Home Mortgage assistance program. Run by Saleena Hernandez who keeps too many dogs in her small apartment. Breaking the law by doing so as it is a residential property, NOT commercial. I was contacted by an agent from PJP Health Agency and I signed up for this plan. The agent explained that I was buying a health insurance policy. The agent refused to send me any paperwork before I signed up for the plan. When I received the paperwork in the mail it showed that I purchased a discount plan. We have been GM card members for 7 years and have accumulated $5, 893 dollars in points toward a GM car. When we decided to claim these towards a new GM vehicle we were told we could only use $1, 000 in cash towards a new vehicle. In order to claim all these points we were told that we would need to purchase 5 vehicles in order to redeem the remainder of points. Why do they allow you to accumulate all these points when we can't redeem them.
