I used to be their reseller for their printed products. But all my orders are always late so it is very hard for me to explain to my customers (especially when we paid for express!) We bought a Laptop from Futureshop and after a hardsell they sold their warranty to us. The computer had a problem in 2 days. They tested it for 2 minutes and they said my yahoo has some problems and they went on to say that we should know a little about computers before we buy them. Futureshop never gives warranty they will give you 200 reasons that the warranty cannot be covered. They will blame it on something. I purchased a 2005 Ford Escape from Kanata Ford not even two weeks ago. They have had the car for repairs 5 days already. This is the worst Customer service I EVER DEALT with. Problem: 3 yrs ago, Bell replaced their smart cards with new ones. They were supposed to be sent to all subscribers free of charge, so they could replace their old ones. When I tried to purchase one, the sales person fist told me the surround sound was crap and I should upgrade to another product. Then I was told the mounting bracket was an addition 144.00 dollars. I had a confirmed reservation on EK241 from Dubai to Montreal in Business Class on Feb.29 Emirates overbooked the Business Class and because of wrong direction from the ground staff not only did I end up in Economy Class but the ground staff kept my ticket and baggage claim for one suitcase. These fly by night contractors ripped us off. not a new driveway but a resurface - in places only millimeters thick.
