I had a charge show up on my Credit Card from HHG Access for $43.00. Did some research online about the company and noticed a lot of scam reports. Phone them (using a number from one of the reports) and asked them what it was, they said it was for a site called allnetworkpass.com. On June 23 09 I answered an ad regarding a natural health product called RezvElite, the retailer offered a free trial period and the only cost was for the shipping and handling, the product would be delivered in 8 to 10 days later. We have called this company many, many times to have our fax number taken off their list but we still get 4-5 page faxes every 2nd day which ties up our fax machine and wastes tons of ink. I have even called the office numbers and was told they wouldn't send any more BUT THEY STILL DO. We are so fed up with this company and I hope this complaint will help. What they don't tell you is that the financing is provided by CitiFinancial whose agreement states that they can change the terms upon 3 months notice.
