I went to the R.N Mukherjee Road branch on 7/5/2008 to surrender a share certificate for dmat. But due to system down the guy at the counter (Counter No 9) refuse to take the papers. I had taken broad band connected with BSNL. Technical assistance for the connection was so poor and no proper guidance could be given. after lodging complaints I had set it right. Mail box size was limited with 1 MB per attachments. Some times i receive mail attachments with just more than 1 MB size.
