I bought an Onida split AC from Vijay Sales, Ghatkopar (Mumbai) last week. I received the unit quite late and also the installation team took >2 days time to come for installation. Yes, I booked for new landline and broadband connection on 12.3.07; till now no action from BSNL (Bangalore) side. Not sure, whom should I contact for further followup. Once I personally went to commercial office where I booked the connection and got 2 contact numbers for further inquiry, but no luck. As per AirTel Customer Care officer it will be approved within 7 working days and no renewal will be charged for this period. This is the worst experience I've had with airtel. I shifted my residence and notified them of the new address, at least 4-5 times! Still they kept sending the bill to my old address. Hi, I bought a HP Pavillion dv9222 very recently. It came with windows Vista. With in a week of Purchase, the screen went off when I was making a presentation to my client. Landing me in a very embarrassing situation. The Service center guys of Hyderabad, couldn't tell me what went wrong. They came with a solution for the display with replacing it with a new screen.
