I purchased a claimed electronic torch on the website [ Ticket Number: SHOP-254292 ] and on delivery the material was fully damaged and not in working condition. On contacting the Indiatimes services there were evasive replies only. The consignment did not have a bill or maker's mark even. Recently I happened to visit Big Bazaar in Mangalore, India for a change. I am a regular customer of Nilgiris. As I had pain in knee, I parked my car on the same floor as Food market so that I don't have to use the steps. For the last one year I find the 115.2 kbps speed of walky is truly a false. Probably inbuilt feature. Most of the time the speed lowers to several bytes only (much below 1 kbps/s). Its hard to work with such internet. Upon repeated complains there is no solution to this problem. To download important files I pay to local cafe. I called to book my Air Tickets through an agent called 'Make My Trip.com'. I had to call them to know the status of my tickets later. Per the agency website, 18001028747 is a Airtel toll free number. I called to them on Jan 02, 2007 at 10:07 P.m. We have been cheated by Eureka Forbes dealer Ultra Solutions, Bangalore. We have bought a Aquasure Water Purifier couple of months back. Till date we were unable to use it as it does not filter the water as they promise. Their service personnels replaced the filters. But no use. I am getting irritated every time I see it. I owned a credit card with HDFC in 2005 and i have surrendered the card in the same year. After one year my saving account was put on hold by HDFC credit card department saying i had to pay Rs.5000/- to continue have access to my savings account. I am one of the BSNL Bangalore customers for the past 6+ years. I have applied for shifting during May 2006. I got the shifting after 5 months of continuous follow-up. That too they have provided temporary connection from one of the near by pole. It worked for few days and stopped working since 21st December 2006. I have filed in the form on 9th Jan 2007 for getting broadband connection. The executive was following every 1 hour till I fill in the form. I have requested for a contract transfer on last week and the official at koramangala outlet told me that transfer will be done with 72 working hours and collected all the documents needed. This was in the month of December, 2006 from Mumbai airport, we were at the airport 35 minutes before the flight Departure, however were not allowed to board the flight, saying that we are already late. Whereas, it was a business trip and we were supposed to attend an event on that particular night.
