I cancelled my account with DS Waters last October 2010 because of poor service and was charged a cancellation fee, was charged $112.96 on my credit card November 26, 2010 for that cancellation fee. I set up an appointment for them to pick up the 4 empty bottles which they never pick up. On December 27, 2010 they charged my credit card with another $ 70.19!
