Im not one normally to complain, and i will put up with a lot of crap from companies. HSBC has pushed a button of mine. I dont mind someone calling to remind me that i am about to owe them money. I purchased two shared web hosting from this company. I started having problems from the day I purchased the servers. I came to know that they do not provide phone support. We bought a house built by Sellcrest Homes in June 2006. This builder built many of the homes in our subdivision. Others who have had problems, have not given him nearly as many chances as we have. We have had several issues which makes us concerned about the quality of our home. First, we already have drywall seams starting to show in the ceiling. Bought the full blown version of AVG and the thing completely stops the whole computer while it is scanning - will completely disrupt everything when it decides all by itself to come on. I do a normal scan every few days with updates all along but this thing will come on all by itself when I am using the computer - everything locks up and I loose all. No help nor real contact info from AVG or help. Now the cumbersome scan is something that can only be identified by a swirling bar in the task bar icon (maybe a rootkit scan) - not your regular scan and by the way I do cut off my computer every day. read full review »

I purchased a sink for $320 online from ManhattanInteriordesigns.com on November 15., 2010. The sink was too big when it was delivered so I returned it via UPS. I was given a Shark Cordless SV800 vacuum as a Xmas present. There was NOTHING in the manual that indicated operating time other than the battery pack needed a 24 inital charge. The charging light went off after the 24hours and the vacuum worked well and ran for about 45 mins. before shutting down. However, after that first use and charging the battery pack again for 24 hours the charging light did not go off, so I insertedt the battery pack into the vacuum, but it ran for only 15 minutes. I have a product protection agreement on a kenmore refrigerator freezer. It malfunction on around December 23, 2010. I called for service on 12-24-10. I was told that service could not be provided until 12-29-10, between the hours of 8am-12pm. On 12-28-10 I received a confirmation for my appointment. On 12-29-10 after 10am I received a call saying that the repairman was unable to to provided me with service.
