I made that mistake. The customer service was extremely poor before buying but I stupidly went ahead with a purchase. I purchased a defected pair of shoes off of her and after several attempts to get it resolved, and being well within my consumer rights, she has decided to totally ignore my emails. I am now seeking legal action to get it resolved. Don't be fooled by the cheap prices. By the time it goes through the checkout, the VAT bumps it back up in price to everywhere else. I have aleast 25 30 pairs of born shoes which means I never wear the same pair all the time. I have had two pair of clogs come unglued just in the last month. I flew from Chicago to Munich on United, leaving on 28 November and was supposed to fly on to Berlin on the morning of the 29th on Lufthansa. When I arrived in Munich, my flight had been cancelled and the airport was chaos because of snow (perhaps 1000 people in line to change reservations). Ongoing transmission problem which was swept under rug for many years and it has cost thousands of owners to replace transmissions at own cost. Saturn/GM notified customers of problem conveniently after the 5 yr. ownership expiration, while still under the 75, 000 mile window. While attending the warehouse sale for this distributor, I was denied exit through what was clearly an exit. Whilst staff informed me I could not leave that way, I could see no reason not to. They informed me I had to go to the front of the building and walk outside all the way back. The door was clearly an entrance. Staff physically blocked the door denying me that way out for no reason. I stay at 150, Surve Nagar Nagpur. There's this family beside our house who own a dog and make him defaecate infront our House main gate.
