I have a pet enrolled in one of Banfield's Wellness plans. My dog is normally seen in San Antonio, TX as that is where we live. I am having a problem with Transfirst owning up to their responsibility. I was promised a no early termination fee, I have all the documents to prove it and now they are saying they won't honor it. It blows my mind that companies like Transfirst are out there and doing business. This is a debt collection company who bought a debt from a company, Karsh Consulting, with whom I did business in 2003. However, I paid the original business in full for a business valuation completed in July, 2003. Went for an exam and purchased glasses on 1/4/2010. Realized after a week or so that I could not see the way I should. Went back to see if the Dr. Allen would recheck me. They did recheck the prescription as they had to order this out. I purchased a granite counter top through Pacific Sales. UGMC is the provider of the countertop. The installation has been a nightmare from measurement, to repair of mistakes ( holes for faucet cut in wrong place) ( wood panel split by forcing granite into place, overhang 1/4" longer than ordered caused sticking of drawers). I agree totally with ALL of the complaints. I also purchased Ultrex Convection Oven and it caught on fire. HSN sells HORRIBLE electrical products. The only thing that still works is the Joy M. I ordered my pills, then contacted the company not even knowing if they recieved my order, they told me that when I was billed was when my trial began, after 10 days on a 14 day trial they billed me the memebership which was $169.95.
