I recently filed in an online enquiry about loans. Following this many companies contacted me on my mobile. A comppany called FLM loans contacted me several times both by phone and mail offering me a loan. They asked for bank details, for direct debit and card details and a copy of my payslip. Followig this information being provided, I have heard nothing from them in over 10 days. When I checked at my bank a company called post.net, have set up 2 direct debits to come from my account. my washer is 3 years old, molded inside. they wrote me and said if I had only read my manual I'd know to wash my washer after every load...yeah... right. buy a washer to wash. what kind of designer thought of that? someone with nothing to do? I rented a van in June 2009 and an additional 1000.00 GBP was charged to my visa as security. I returned the van without a scratch on it and with a full tank of fuel. I have still not been refunded the 1000.00 back to my visa - it is now March 2010!!! Do not rent a vehicle from these people unless you dont need your deposit back. On the following dates I received automatic debits to my checking account without authorization, 1/7/2010 for 29.91. 1/22/2010 for 19.93. 3/17/10 for 34.19. This a a total amount for 84.03. after trying to order sample. submitted card and was told that card did not process use a another card. when checked my bank later i was charged 50.00. this was not authorized that price was to be 97 cents shipping then i didnot cancel be charged that amount. called 4 different customers service numbers and was told there was not any one available even though their hours are 5 am to 5pm pacific time. of course the order number works!!! my bank is going to investigate the charge. i plan on putting on facepage, space book etc to let everyone know not to use this company. read full review »

I want to joi a class action against Chase Auto! A year ago they repoed our SUV. To date the SUV is still in our name and the TAG is missing! Chase claims the SUV was damaged and had hi miles our records show that it was taken 2 months prior to Chase documentation. They also sold it for less then a grand, yet the loan is for over 7 grand. I ordered some glasses from this company and they have not sent my items. They said that I have given them the wrong mailing address and its not their responsibility. I suspect they are saying this to get out of refunding or sending a package. Even if it is true, mistakes happen and what kind of customer service is this? They have refused to refund my Visa the $150 and are asking for more money to send out another package. First off, I would like to say Sutherland Models is NOT a scam, but it is however, a rip off. They accept ANYONE, even if your as tall as a metre stick, if you have money. You pay $997, plus a $200 deposit to hold your spot in their modelling program for teens. You have to pay more for your comp photos, which cost about $100 for 2 prints. I had to go back 6 months on my Verizon bill but we too were getting charged $14.95 every month for Ideal Savings VM. Didn't know what it was and finally called Verizon. They told me it was a 3rd party and we'd have to deal directly with them. The CS Rep at Ideal Savings told me I must have signed up for it at some point. Then I see a 37.00 draft so I call they tell me that it came from some bogus email that did not belong to me and that it was authorized by someone with the last name Lopez. I threatened with the BETTER BUSINESS Bu roe and the CSR sid that it would be re-credited to my account. This company is selling illegal software through a website called Cheapest Legal Software. It is shipped and invoiced through Jay's Designs at Jay'sdesigns.net which is a graphic design company. In April of 2009 I received material from Cheap Trips to Upgrade. After reviewing the material I called and said I it wasn't what I expected and returned the paperwork within 30 days. I was told I would receive a refund within 2 to 3 billing cycles (why so long?). After the 3 months elapsed and no refund, I called Cheap Trips. They said they would return the call. They are located in Brewster, NY but take online orders. When I called to try and solve the issue with them, they were rude and uncooperative. They promised to look into the issue and call me back.
