I have been receiving harrasing phone calls at my job from a woman named Lisa at this company. I had a car accident over a year ago at no fault of my own and thought that these medical bills were paid by the other party. I explained this situation to her and advised that i needed to find the information and contact that insurance company to get things settled. She called back 3 days later and asked for my boss and threatened to sue me and garnish my wages. This is the most CROOKED service I have ever seen. Not only was it NOT explained or even mentioned during the time of the rental but Bugdet claims they have nothing to do with it. The removable box in the car is just for show apparently and makes no difference whether its in the car or not. I hired The Grout Medic of Mckinney, TX to replace some loose tiles in my bathtub that were about to fall off due to water getting behind the tiles. I called The Grout Medic and spoke to the franchise owner, Allen Butz. He came out and told me that the bottom two rows needed to be replaced.
