I ordered some glasses from this company and they have not sent my items. They said that I have given them the wrong mailing address and its not their responsibility. I suspect they are saying this to get out of refunding or sending a package. Even if it is true, mistakes happen and what kind of customer service is this? They have refused to refund my Visa the $150 and are asking for more money to send out another package. I suspect I am either being scammed and robbed, or this is the worst customer service and horrible company. Please do not let this happen to you. First off, I would like to say Sutherland Models is NOT a scam, but it is however, a rip off. They accept ANYONE, even if your as tall as a metre stick, if you have money. You pay $997, plus a $200 deposit to hold your spot in their modelling program for teens. You have to pay more for your comp photos, which cost about $100 for 2 prints. I had to go back 6 months on my Verizon bill but we too were getting charged $14.95 every month for Ideal Savings VM. Didn't know what it was and finally called Verizon. They told me it was a 3rd party and we'd have to deal directly with them. The CS Rep at Ideal Savings told me I must have signed up for it at some point. Then I see a 37.00 draft so I call they tell me that it came from some bogus email that did not belong to me and that it was authorized by someone with the last name Lopez. In April of 2009 I received material from Cheap Trips to Upgrade. After reviewing the material I called and said I it wasn't what I expected and returned the paperwork within 30 days.
