BEWARE of this company!! They are frauds who do almost anything to get you to buy their Travel club/Timeshare. We purchased a travel membership at Hacienda Tres Rios in Playas del Carmen, 30 miles south of Cancun. I was somehow fooled into ordering what I believed to be a 99 cent trial of this tooth whitener. Missed the fine print that said after 10 days I would be charged $158.00 NON refundable!!! I had a advance (confirmed) booking on PVG Transline from Mumbai to Belgaum through Ratna Travels Sarvodaynagar Goregaon-Mumbai-East. But on the day of departure (29/01/2010) during boarding I was told there is no booking on my name and now the seat is been reserved for a passenger who will be boarding at next stop. Then after arguments they agreed to have me on board but the seat given was at the last row. The agency attitude and the way this was discussed was absurd. I went to Canadain Tire in Cole Harbour to have a flat tire fixed. They told me the tire was repaired and they were unable to find a hole but repaired the stem. I am currently staying at Residence Inn Marriott, Bellevue, Seattle. I was deeply taken back, when I returned to my room today, and found that my bags were opened, all the contents of which were re-packaged in another plastic bag. Reason: The cleaning crew were spraying insecticides, and fumigating the rooms. They should have intimated the residents, of the cleaning event, well in advance. I brought my Daughters car to these scammers and I was told the price to fix my fender would be a couple hundred dollars. I asked them also to fix the windshield, a wheel Bering and paint the entire car and clear coat it. They quoted me a price of 1800 dollars. After they told me the car was ready. At 3k miles & 7 months old, my 2009 Subaru Forester had an electrical malfunction. The wire harness spontaneously burnt. Subaru of America (SOA) does not want to deal with the problem. Since the incident caused a fire, they referred me to my insurance. Above vendor found through ebay however, because of the special size required, worked one on one w/vendor and paid through Paypal. Customer service does do anything except reply with a standard pre typed answer. So they really don't even look into the particular situation. They do not care if you even get your order. there attitude is if they mail it out and you never receive it it is not there fault and you are just out of luck.
