Holding Mailed Payments Until After Due Dates to Collect Late Fees of $10.00 I usually send my bills on the USPS with plenty of time, never been late, but on the following statement received a "late payment charge" and when I called Customer Service they was rude, requested to talked to a supervisor who was rude and did not show any concern noe willingness to a reasonable solution blamed the postal service and refused to refund the money. after that experience I always make my payments in person and always request a receipt... and too with plenty of time before the due date. read full review »

I am a loyal Amazon shopper, so i got its credit cart to collect points with my purchases. i have been using chase amazon card for 2 years, and last week with mistake i deposited $ 1020 instead of $1120, because i made 2 payments and basically i had miscalculation. I order flowers for my mother from ProFlowers.com and was automatically signedup for membership with Eazy Saver Rewards. I never saw this and never approved for these charges. I have been charged $14.95 every month since. I called the number they give out and of course they are closed. This company promised rebates in the form of a check based on the funds saved by booking airlines and hotels through their agents for all club members. I ordered bike tires from AirFreeTires.com based in Florida. The tires were shipped after several weeks but their is no way they will fit the rims. The Tires are labeled as the correct size. I was hoping to increase our local business with the help of a grant - for funding. I found National Growth Funding online via a google search and they appear to have a good rep. Rick (i believe was his name) was the employee I spoke to and he was helpful and professional. We are hoping to qualify for at least $250, 000 - to really make a change in our fundamentals. I had a similar situation happen to me in 2007. Long story short a local breeder heard of an unfortunate misunderstanding between me & a client. She used it to her advantage to try to hurt my business. You are right that anyone can post anything true or false. And use a fake name to do it. I went in shopping for a Tacoma Truck. Given the economy I thought I would have some negotiating leverage as a cash buyer with check in hand. I made a booking on this website on 28th Sep'09 with my debit card. This resulted in one error page (coz they have a buggy web design). I contracted with GSolutionz to provide me with a phone system with internet capability. Though they were never particularly responsive to service issues, when my phones failed completely in November of 2006, they could not repair them over a period of weeks, despite repeated service calls and over $700 in charges. As they also refused my calls and emails, I finally had to switch providers but the phone system they sold me was incompatible with the new service. Granted, the transaction took place under duress, since the vehicle I was driving was running badly and I decided to trade it in before continuing on to Denver, Co.
