We have called this company many, many times to have our fax number taken off their list but we still get 4-5 page faxes every 2nd day which ties up our fax machine and wastes tons of ink. I have even called the office numbers and was told they wouldn't send any more BUT THEY STILL DO. We are so fed up with this company and I hope this complaint will help. Horrific service experience on 7/3/09 to Roto Lincoln Mercury: Bottom Line: They charged me $300 for an entire day of work where they did "diagnostics, " fixed nothing, and sent me on my way in a car that wasn't safe to drive. If you check the company's website, they offer "Free Financing. Make 30 equal payments with zero interest". What they don't tell you is that the financing is provided by CitiFinancial whose agreement states that they can change the terms upon 3 months notice. After 1 year of all payments made, Citi has just started charging me an annual $21. fee.
