Hi, I have a not yet 4 year old Samsung 34" 100HZ television. Going from first service call in the first month to now 6th call all for same problem, I have been without the TV about 4 months, or more, in this period. Last time said could not find problem.Suggests something may have been loose. Time before Samsung said no arts in Malaysia but insurance company found part in Singapore. We had the same experience as Kelly and Jeff Shafer with Villa de Palmar, Puerta Vallarta. The told us the same lies about selling our other timeshare and sold us a "studio, odd yrs" for $13, 000. We paid $3000 down on Sept 29th and the rest was supposed to be in no interest monthly payments. We got a bill for the full $10, 000 balance and I cannot seem to get a hold of anyone by email or phone. My Virgin Mobile Broadband2go wireless modem failed on 2-3-2011. I contacted Tech Support and could not understand any of the tech's. They could not speak english! I called to report trouble with my digital channels (we were not receiving them) and they found that they had mistakingly not charged us for certain channels. Now that the service rep realized this, she said they would now either take away my children's favorite channels or charge us an additional fee. I bought it online and when I got it, it didn't fit even though the pathway I took on the website indicated it would fit. This complaint against Jackson Hewitt Tax Service is not new, but ongoing ever since our 2005 and 2006 Federal and State Income Tax was wrongfully prepared. I wished to unlock my iPhone to use it with another cell phone service provider but was taken in by this online scam. The instructions did not include my iphone version. The home page says their instructions will work but once you pay, there are no instructions on what to do next if there is a problem with the iPhone version.
