In March 2011 I travelled through Stansted airport. I did not receive a plastic liquid bag nor did I see any signeage whatsoever that I needed to buy one prior to clearing the queue. I had my liquids in a see through plastic wrapper I had found at home. I was told after clearing security and after a very long wait (20 minutes) that I could either leave security, buy a bag from the shop and requeue or lose my liquids. I ordered a new TiVO DVR Monday, 12/10/07. It was delivered Friday, 12/14/07. They even threw in a free wireless connection. Although I have been able t connect two wireless laptops to my network, and TiVO was able to see my network, it was unable to connect. When I called customer tech support I was told to call the modem and/or router manufacturer for support or use ethernet or phone connection. i flew with Air Asia in November and December 2008 between Perth and Kuala Lumpur. On December 21 2008 i flew with my mother from Kuala Lumpur to return to Perth. We pre booked our food online and found that the food was awful. To make things worst, we had stomach upset when we got home. My wife flew in on January 1st 2009 with the same airline and experienced the same problems. Something needs to be done to stop this. Small children can really fall ill someday. It is tragedy that I went to big bazar to buy a computer table two weeks back. They gave me a packed item and they told that, fitters will come and do the fittings within 2 - 3 days. I am still waiting and already this is second week and nobody turned up. After waiting for 4 days I thought let us open and try to assemble myself. I found a charge on my bill for some application called Pictavision. I have not only found it charged on my phone number, but also on my family member's phone number. I placed an order with this company and they have been charging my credit card 14.95 every month for a rewards program I didn't even know I signed up for. They told me at the end of the order they asked me if I'd like to save 20% and I clicked yes so that gave them the right to charge me. My husband checks the credit card bill and didn't catch it thinking I was ordering from them every month. So, I had been charged 4 months before we caught it and they wouldn't refund my money.
