Compass Bank has charged my account about $250 in overdrawn charges stemming from an oversight that led to a $3 negative balance. By the time I saw the first $38 NSF charge, my online account information showed that a trasfer wire deposit had posted and the account was no longer negative. So, after 2 months of calling Harlan every day and making 2 trips to his house, Harlan finally mailed me my disc. He originally promised me my pictures in 2-3 days. I did not expect much after I realized what kind of person I was dealing with, but I was extremely disappointed. My 4 year old son could have taken these pictures. He did not not edit the photos one bit. No red eye reduction, no cropping, no nothing. This guy is a complete loser as a person and a photographer. I feel so sorry for the brides who picked this guy. I booked a tour to malaysia for my honeymoon through cox and kings for 9 days. I was given a confirmation quote of 512$ per head and according to which I made the full payment at the cox and kings office at Kolkata. I signed up for my 1 year premium account on 1 January 2010 with $55, payment was done by Paypal. On April 9, my account has been closed without any notice. I used their account just for my own purpose, never ever shared or abused my account. I think this company is totally fraud. I ordered several sizes of blue plastic bottles which were 'packaged' in a large plastic bag inside a cardboard box. All the sizes were mixed together in the plastic bag and it took an hour to sort them out. I emailed my complaint to them and asked if they could package each bottle size separately. Well it took them a week to deliver it, they didn't even put it together, just threw the stuff on the floor and left. The delivered the wrong bed rails so we couldn't even put it together.
