I applied for a payday loan in January of 2009. I did not receive a call or email confirming that I agreed to a loan. I just saw the funds appear in my account to my surprise a few days later. San Antonio Carpet & Tile Cleaning did a fantastic job! No complaints at all. The carpet looks better than it did when we moved in. Crew was polite and well dressed. Pet stains and odors are completely gone. There was a vomit stain in the living room that Blackmon Mooring couldn't get out, but charged us extra for last year-San Antonio Carpet & Tile Cleaning got it out for FREE. Recommended to my mother. In June of 04, I click on JCPenney and sent them $50.00 through my online banking. I didn't owe them anything I just sent them money by mistake. I called them and told them what I had done and they issued me a check for the amount. This company sold me a lemon of a used car. It needs over 7000 dollars worth of fixes to make it work correctly and the transmission is about to go. Not being a mechanic I asked for a service report and they said that they would get it to me. They never did. We have been struggling for 6 months with the loan modification process, sent in all the papers required THREE times, sent in the money order required, were told they lost things, we faxex paper after paper week after week, for SIX months, last Friday a rep from BAC calls and said everything was ok cleared up resume using our " modification" coupon book to make payments. forward to 4 days today Tuesday we get a foreclosure notice, we can not get NO WHERE different person everytime you call this is a total nightmare and meanwhile we are losing our homes due to unorganization. I know I have the same complaint as everyone else has with PosterPass. However, I didn't know that it was supposed to be a subscription though. I just thought this was a one-time "deal". I ordered what was supposed to be the full 10 years of JAG. What I received had been recorded off USA Network's reruns of JAG, commercials were poorly edited out and the last 1 and 1/2 seasons were eliminated. These people are crooks and the phone number to get a return authorization is a big JOKE. I tried the so called website but it seems to be non-existent. I am going to contact my credit card company and see if they can get the money back some how. I ordered a Z61t thinkpad from Lenovo on 11/14th 2006. It was shipped exactly one month later on 12/13th and is supposed to be delivered by UPS on 12/22nd. Complaint #1.
