IBSN has not refunded the tax preparation fees that I had paid them. Its been 7 months now and I have tried every possible way to communicating with them. Based on an initial estimation of my tax refund, I paid them a fee and after I got the detailed statement I found a number of issues with the initial estimation and the final refund was much lower. They were to refund the difference in fees of more than $200 but they have never paid it back in spite of repeated follow up with them. This company takes more money than any company I know. It is bad enough the prices are outrageous. I paid a bill off and they still have a block on my calls. These calls are correctional facility calls only. 2 calls a week, 30minutes each call, and my bill is over $35.00 a month. Global test market are very slow at paying out they say allow up to 10 weeks from claiming, even though the issuing bank is local to me then the cheque doesn't arrive and they now tell me wait another 4-6 weeks. When TV was free I feel it was ok to watch commercials, someone had to pay. Now in this day and age, we must subscribe to a service that can be expensive. It is killing me that I pay for a premium channel HBO, and get old movies from the 70's 80's 90's etc. These types of older movies are not what I am paying for! I could get them from the Library for free... Who is in charge of the Television Networks that air and monitor shows other than the company themselves. I found this site while looking for a 7.5tonne truck to hire. This site advertises a 7.5 tonne automatic transmission truck with sleeper-cab and tail-lift. I used the facility that provides a quote, and got a price for three days hire. When I contacted the company, I was informed by their agent: "We do not have auto trucks, I can tell you catagorically that I have never seen auto's advertised on our site." those are not free trails on the net and they do not give you the fine print before you buy your shipping for your free trail. in fact they make a profit off of the shipping which is why some offer further discount on shipping. they send the items off late saying they sent them earlier so your 14 days or 30 days are up by the time you get them. Their 1888 and 1886 numbers are bogus fakes, they even give a fake one to your bank.
