Attention: Potential Homeowners, Vacation renters or Corporate Suite users beware of a corrupt and dishonest business practices. If you are a homeonwer and want to use this property management company, please go elsewhere. They will cheat you out of the revenue. They will take goods from your property and also leave your property in worse shape than you provided it to them. If you try and contact them, contact days later.
If you are are Vacation Renter or Corporate Suite user, they will most likely move you to another unit of less value. They are diffcult to contact to resolve your problem. They also do not provide any service. read full review »

bought 2 tickets from this company for the liverpool v man city match at £107 each catagory one, they took £354 from my account. They eventually sent me restricted view tickets valued at £46.00 in the away team seating area. I will be reporting them to the police and trading standards. We have been struggling for 6 months with the loan modification process, sent in all the papers required THREE times, sent in the money order required, were told they lost things, we faxex paper after paper week after week, for SIX months, last Friday a rep from BAC calls and said everything was ok cleared up resume using our " modification" coupon book to make payments. forward to 4 days today Tuesday we get a foreclosure notice, we can not get NO WHERE different person everytime you call this is a total nightmare and meanwhile we are losing our homes due to unorganization. Every time I use the drivethrough at the Blenheim I get the wrong order I just don't see why they can't get it right, I've been there 3 times this month and they have gotten my order wrong everytime. I've bought a Lego Universe for my seven years old son in January. I paid 25 euro for a game with one month membership. When the membership expired, on 12/Feb I bought a new one month membership, to do so I had to open a parent account. I did everything according to the LEGO manuals. I bought a one month membership from my (parent) account. I've received an activation code, I log-out from my (parent) account and I log-in into my son's account and used the activation/membership code I've received before. I ordered on line seat covers and seat belt for my jeep on 5-19-08. The web site said everything i ordered was in stock. They froze the money twice on my bank account ttok money for entire order on 5-23-08. I received confirmation that the stuff had beeen sent, I got part of it, I check the statis online it says everything shipped I never got it. I know I have the same complaint as everyone else has with PosterPass. However, I didn't know that it was supposed to be a subscription though. I just thought this was a one-time "deal". Boy was I wrong. Not only did they overcharge me on a $2.00 poster deal, but the kept charging me for posters I didn't order. When I called to confront them about the extra charges, I was then told that they were subscription offers only. I ordered what was supposed to be the full 10 years of JAG. What I received had been recorded off USA Network's reruns of JAG, commercials were poorly edited out and the last 1 and 1/2 seasons were eliminated. These people are crooks and the phone number to get a return authorization is a big JOKE. I tried the so called website but it seems to be non-existent. I am going to contact my credit card company and see if they can get the money back some how. My advise to anyone thinking of buying from these crooks is to back out of the web page and go to a store where you know you are getting the real deal. read full review »

Not knowing if they were legitimate or not I stopped payment. One month later they called wanted me to buy more!!
Six months after that they said pay or they will report on my credit! They use intimidation and threats to buy something I never received. How can they do that - we have little power to prevent fraudulent credit claims. read full review »

My stuff arrived to Mumbai with three of my valuable chinaware smashed to pieces and my computer table broken beyond repair. I ordered a Z61t thinkpad from Lenovo on 11/14th 2006. It was shipped exactly one month later on 12/13th and is supposed to be delivered by UPS on 12/22nd.
Complaint #1. In spite of being the 3rd largest PC producer in the world, Lenovo is taking more than a month to ship a laptop.
Complaint #2. The customer service reps have no clue about when your system might ship. So calling them is just a waste of time.

I bought a recliner/rocker in April. I did not get the right chair. I could not get back into the store until the 1st part of June. At that time I was told it was to late. I should have come in within 30 days.
This really is not right. I should have been given the right chair in the first place. I know you will not do anything but just wanted you to know that I do not think that is a good policy.
I think if someone is given the wrong thing it should be replaced as long as it is not torn up. Which mine still looks like it did the day I got it as I do not sit in it, as it is very uncomfortable. read full review »

I am writing to share with you a recently experienced a terrible problem in my last flight on your airlines. When I entered to the plane the flight attendant yelled at me because I had a big carry on bag. Then we were sitting on the plane for three hours before it took off. Three "representatives" from other Alarm System Companies have visited us indicating Monitronics, Inc. is no longer servicing Puerto Rico. Therefore, if this is true, Monitronics had not being monitoring our homes since.... I do not know when, but am working to find out. My reason to believe this is true is that whenever the alarm is activated, nobody calls to check it out. The few times they ever responded, although I have asked for a techician to visit us, nobody has come.

I bought an A8N32-SLI Deluxe Motherboard several months ago, made by ASUS. I assembled my own system which seemed to work fine, until I attempted to upgrade to WindowsXP SP3. Doing so caused an endless loop of reboot crashes, which took a great deal of time to reverse and undo, and left me with SP2 (the older version of WindowsXP), and left me unable to upgrade without risking a lot a problems.

Frankly I'm happy I have received my dress in good form, but disappointed the fact that I have lose my confidence in buying things online anymore.
