I sent for a trial sample of teeth whitener costing £1.95 and was billed for a further £49. 95 at the same time, long before receiving the sample When I inquired via email I was told that I had agreed to receive a month's supply after trying out the trial sample for 14 days. This was all lies. The sample came after I went on holiday but they had already charged me. for 2 items. I have not received any goods for the £49.95. I purchased over $700 worth of equipment from X10. They sold me the wrong software, and took over a week to figure that problem out. After they gave me the correct software, I found that it is not totally compatible with my camera, the web page to control the camera is not available via the web, and the customer service reps are ignoring me 100% at this point. I bought a car through a Capital One Auto Finance 2 & a half years ago. In good standing. A few months ago they sold or gave my account to another company owned by them. Ever since that company has had my account, even though my payments still go to Capital One, I start receiving harrassing phone calls on my cell phone (only one I have) BEFORE my grace period is even up for my payment. We booked 4 round trip tickets from Detroit to San Francisco and back. When we went to come from from SF to Detroit we found that Spirit had discontinued service to Detroit and were left with no option but to pay $750.00 each to fly home on another airline. We rented out our townhouse with Just Letting and our last tenants really messed up the place. We complained to the agent and she said they would keep the deposit to fix everything that was broken.
