Bought a scooter from this place and the thing is basically slowly falling apart. They made it seem that everything internal would be covered for up to one year and the cosmetic parts exterior would be 6 months now the plastics cracking just from riding it and its only 300 miles on it. I bought some shocks for my 2000 expedition (2 wheel dr.) from truckaddons.com. When the shocks arrived they were for a 4 wheel dr. What a floating pile of (&@#!!! This was the worse cruise we have ever been on. The staff and crew are rude (with the exception of our cabin stewards because they wanted their tip). The long and short of it is that I believe Cottman Transmission tried to rip me off by having me agree to a complete transmission replacement when all that was needed was a fluid change/transmission service. After I still made payment after term was up thinking that I would get a rebate after thet straightened out their paper work. I had a addendem to lease from Balboa that they are not honoring.
