In my case this company has done nearly everything wrong. I used this account for Lasik surgery, which did not work. I was not told when billing would start. I received a phone call saying my first bill was past due and I explained I had not gotten a bill. I was told another would be issued. The Nokia 5310 is one too small the screen, and the buttons then it has this weird glitch where it just decides to power down and go completely black on you and you can't get it back up. I signed up for a trial version of this companies software on 8/20 as it was the only way to see how it worked. I looked at it for 1 day and then forgot about it. On 9/20 they billed my card for almost $400. Waited for over a month for the ACTUAL processing of our order, 11 Herman Miller chairs. Assortment of missteps with their CS. Story ranged from, "we expect them to be to us next week" to being blatantly hung up on when calling. My 2008 Chevy Silverado 4x4 has a loud knocking sound when making left hand turns and can be felt from the floor board driver side. The sound comes from the left side front break. The dealer heard the sound and replaced the steering column which of course was not the problem. They tell me they can still here it but have no clue what to look for. I took my dog in for grooming and they cut him not once but twice, once on his testicals and then again on his penis this one needing a stitch. If that is not bad enough they tried to hide it from us and did not call us when it happened, saying they did not know he bad been cut. I find it very hard to believe that you could cut enough skin off the end of a dogs penis that it required a stitch and not notice. Virgin Mobile kept my family without any phone service at all for FIVE days and nights.
