Pick up was good and timely, except for the fact that they charged twice what was quoted. On delivery they "lost" over 200 items, including a computer, a bicycle, a scanner, a breadmaker, tools, all my power tools, etc, etc.. All easily resalable on the black market. They did reply to my email several days after my refund deadline had expired. I moved from Florida to Dallas leaving my best paying job behind just taking these guys words and ended up in an entirely new place without a job.
