I have sent numerous emails and like everyone else, the order was confirmed, but that is as far as it went. I have now made a complaint with the Tulsa BBB in hopes of getting my money back. They have extremely poor service and the method of luring people in with "free trials" ends in their charging your credit card under shady circumstances. I paid for a sc50 scooter in oct. 2007 it is april 19 2008 before I got anew one they at pepboys could no even fix the bike. I only rode the bike 7miles. I have been trying to get these people to give me my money back on my investment. They came to NJ and my wife and my self was sold on 22 vacations. I could not believe that COX Cable is actually charging customers $29.00 to decrease services. I am not asking for more service, but decreasing service! My family was scheduled to take Delta flight from LAX to HNL on 5/18/07 at 8:15AM for our Hawaii vacation. We were at airport 40 minutes before the departure time. I have recently looked into taking out a loan and was made one or two offers however none of them mentioned a company called Post Net Ltd. Before they would register my details & search for possibilities for me, the broker needed my payment details and I was assured that no fee would be deducted until any loan was taken up by me. I actually changed my mind about having a loan and canceled my applications before anything was finalized. I underwent the process having to pay fees to the credit companies for all the information. However in December the phone was cut off and they were not answering my e-mails. I sent the faulty battery back to the company with ALL their required paperwork. They promise a turn around of 14 days yet it has been over a month and they will not return my phone calls, faxes, or emails. You can only leave voice mail as no one answers the phone.
