I ordered some Frontline and Iverhart from Maak in October. It is now January and I have not received them. I contacted customer support, who told me that the items were shipped in separate packages from separate warehouses to my location and that there was no way both could get lost. I took the issue up with my credit card company and filed a complaint. I had a 5:30 pm reservation for a New York-to-Boston bus trip on Friday (August 1, 2008). I arrived at the Megabus' stop at 4:30 pm. There was a bus waiting and there were seats still available. Therefore, I asked the supervisor if I could take the 4:30 bus and he did not allow. A couple of minutes later, a girl arrived at the bus stop with a 6:30 pm reservation. A Non-certified general contractor came to my home to install the system in July of 2006 and drilled two holes in my walls that I had to repair. Service fees on the Checking account are not supposed to be there IF there is at least $300 or an 'approved' deposit of at lease $25. HA that's a riot I've had to call them 4 times to get the fee reversed. This company ships and ignores shipment instructions. They will not replace my lost item after 30 days of trouble tickets with the UPS. They only take 10 days to complete yet pricebreak just reopens them over and over again to avoid refunds. This company promised to contact us in 10 days. The Chamber of Commerce of Stephenville does not recoginize them and is flooding with complaints from customers. I have been receiving charges deducted from my checking account for these two different services of $14.95 each on the same day. I called the 800 numbers and all they will do is deduct two months worth., It is a site that get your credit records from the 3 credit report companies . I have a block and no one can retrieve them not even myself without going through mail and sending my pse bills etc. When I spoke to the supervisor they will only refund two months for both sites. We purchased a King size King Coil mattress from Art Van furniture in Michigan. Our salesperson told us Art Van owned the King Coil factory and if anything were to happen to the mattress it could be replaced. I called Verizon to check and they said that there was no such account of mine from that time. I ordered a new kitchen faucet from homeperfect. The box appeared to be opened and when I looked to make sure all the items were in box I discovered the main faucet housing finish was rubbed off in one spot and was very visible. I purchased a mattress in July, 08 from you. You sent out an adjuster who clearly stated the mattress is defective but it had 2 small yellow stains on it. I can find no such stains, easily brushed them off-looked like chalk, and I want a second opinion. If the mattress is defective within 8 months, stains or not it needs to be replaced or I want my $1, 035.00 credited to my account. Hi, I have send a gift pack worth Rs 1500/- via professional courier from pune. (S T Nagar). It was supposed to reach the destination (Noida) after 2 days.
