Purchased a mobile and 18 month contract from dial-a-phone in Dec 07. Phone arrived and contract started and was told that not only did I have 3 months free insurance but the phone was under a 12 month manufacturers warranty too. Placed order online valued at £475.00 within 5 minutes of order realised I had ordered wrong item. Immediately emailed, and also left ansaphone message apologising for wrong order can they refund amount for item. I rang following day to confirm, spoke to manager who said he would cancel item and arrange refund. This company must not be touched. My car was sent there with a problem with it's engine. Was given an estimated invoice of 3100.00, when asked what why it was 1400.00 higher the the quote given on the phone they gave a long list of extra jobs that needed doing. Bought these Itasca boots, last season for hunting- Great boots, but they dont seem to hold up- I only used them for hunting-after season I put them up till this year! Was scheduled to have a carport delivered on Friday 7-30-10 so I took a vacation day for that day and they called Thursday night to say they would have to reschedule for Saturday. We signed a contract with these guys in June of 2003 when a salesman came by our home. It seemed like a decent deal- service charges of $50/month for 3 years in return for a security system and service for those months. We soon found that the service was a ripoff, as we didn't receive anything from it even when the alarm went off.
