Loan Modifications
John and Linda Williams November 13, 2009
Retained loan modification services from Parsa Law with a payment of $3645.00 on 9-9-09. Was in contact with Scott Gronsky who assured me that our case was being processed until his e-mail was canceled on or about 10-14-09. Tried to phone the Parsa office and e-mailed with no response. To the best of my knowledge, nothing was done by Parsa Law for our case. As far as I'm concerned, James Parsa is a total crook and should go join Madoff in jail after he pays us back. What I want to know is what the governmental agencies are doing. How did this guy pull this off. Parsa ran ads all day on TV and Radio so he should have been scrutinized more. read full review »

I was sent a four thousand dollar check with a letter stated that I won 57, 000 dollars. I called the number provided to check with the company, and a lady named Stephanie told me to cash the check and it would automatically be activated in there system. She stated once I cashed the check to mail the four thousand dollars back to them and they would issue my check in the amount of 57, 000 dollars. I did some research and found out it was a scam. When I called to confront the company, Stephanie answered again and hung up on me. Time and money... read full review »

Haier Air Conditioner
May 20, 2007
An Irate Indian Customer of a Chinese Product I bought a Haier Air conditioner, a Chinese make about a year back. It was cooling my bedroom to some extent, which I thought was the maximum possible by an A/C in the hot climate of Delhi. When the warranty period was about to get completed, (Thank God it happened on time) my wife found that it is not going below a certain temperature. Then I lodged a complaint with the Haier, who assured me that the complaint would be attended to within 24 hours. 24 hours, but then I never thought that... read full review »

A very unhappy customer January 3, 2009
One of the very worst customer service experiences of my life. Total scammers! First, they sent me the wrong book. When the correct book, shipped via UPS, didn't arrive, I attempted to contact Chegg. It took them 3 months after many emails from me just to have them tell me that I had to look for the book myself! Now they are trying to charge me full price for a used book which is probably in poor condition, considering the sorry condition of the books I did receive. read full review »

NCO Collections
September 13, 2006
NCO collections has no regard for their fellow man nor the rules and laws we have had to make in order not to be abused by cold blooded companies like theirs. 13 phone calls in less than 10 minutes after being told what a low life piece of crap I am. I contacted the debtor Choice One communications and began payments. The phone calls did not stop. This is Monday and today I heard more abusive language. NCO would easily throw us back into the dark ages if they had the chance, with absolutely no regard for their fellow man, or the society they live in. read full review »

I shop at store number 607, quite often. it's the closest grocery store around me. However, every time and I do mean EVERY TIME I go in there, I'm always ending up getting rotten meats, that haven't quite expired, yet, when you open them, man you can tell it's rotten, and also them not taking products off the shelves that are expired, and not just expired, I'm talking about 2 years expired! I bought seat belts from them. Their website lets you choose the year, make & model vehicle. I expected to get the same seat belts that are currently in my car but these are nothing like them. Then I asked to be refunded all of my money since they did not send the correct part and they say I have to pay to send them back and shipping is not refundable and there is a restock fee!!! The issue is not so much with the website, but with the service provided. I mailed an old cell phone for repair approximately 3 weeks ago, and have gotten no response from this firm. I cannot understand how a company can use a government acronym like the letters fasfa and not be considered scaming people. I googled fasfa to fill out application for student aid for my son. fasfa.com is the first thing to pop up so I filled out application then paid $79.00 from my debit card only to find out the real site is fasfa.ed.gov and it is free to apply. I think GOOGLE should not allow them to use the same acronym as it is very misleading and taking advantage of parents trying to get some financial aid for students. fasfa.com charged my debit card immediatly but the application was not processed that day which was the deadline to apply. read full review »
