On 3-3-08, I called Magnavox and stated that my son had thrown a toy at the tv screen and it was now black with a shattered look section. The representative informed me that parts were covered but labor was not. When I contacted the repair shop that suggested I called the told me that parts were not covered because my son threw a toy at it. Had appointment for our 2 sons 4 & 7 to get Christmas pictures. They didn't try to get them to smile nicely. Props were limited - only 4 of them. Son had to hold up snowman's head due to poor shape of it. I bought Birch service because the salesman promised em that I could disconnect if I didn't like it. It turns out that the taxes were not included in the sales price as promised, so I fired 'em and went back to AT&T. They are trying to collect a $400 disconnection fee -- I guess this is styled to make me want their service again? Be careful with these guys -- full disclosure is not one of their strong points. While buying another item on the phone, which had been advertised on TV, I was offerred $40 in free gasoline if I would try a 30 day free trial membership to SHOPPERS ADVANTAGE. Never, never order on a generic floral delivery website like 1-800-flowers or e-flowers etc... If you want to order flowers online, look at their "about us" section and find a local address and phone number and make SURE they have an actual flower shop with real designers working. In trying to access a free sheet music site (public domain music) I was charged $9.99 by simply completing the "create account" form that supposedly allows you to access the site. The immediately called and complained when I saw the text message that seemed to indicate I had been charged. I am a driver for rx medco which a company that provides transportation for workers compensation patients. They fax or e-mail you a trip sheet of who and where to pick up patients. Bank of America is my mortgage company and they were repeatedly late on my property taxes. The fees are up to almost $250. 2009 purchased an Amana window air conditioner. It worked for 1 month! 2010 the replacement again only worked for 1 month., 2 months later, by then September, I was told they were out of stock.
