I have recently looked into taking out a loan and was made one or two offers however none of them mentioned a company called Post Net Ltd. Before they would register my details & search for possibilities for me, the broker needed my payment details and I was assured that no fee would be deducted until any loan was taken up by me. I actually changed my mind about having a loan and canceled my applications before anything was finalized. My bank account is now showing a deduction of £49.95 by PostnetLtd T/A CGS and after reading other claims that have been made I am getting very worried that more money may be taken! read full review »

I was contacted by phone in June by David Williams of the above company saying that they were working in conjunction with the debt department to help clear debts. I underwent the process having to pay fees to the credit companies for all the information.
However in December the phone was cut off and they were not answering my e-mails. I feel such a fool I am retired and clutching at straws to try and pay off my debts. read full review »

I ordered my daughter's birth certificate back in August 2010. I paid the money and filled in the blanks so to speak. When I didn't hear anything after a couple weeks, I called back to see what the status was on my order and they came up with some new paperwork I had to fill out and fax back. Well not only did I fill out the forms and do the notory they ask me for, but I faxed a copy as well as mailed a copy to be on the safe side. (I live in Texas and my daughter was born in Cali.) I placed an order in September '08 and received an order costing twice as much with items I didn't order and the items I did order were not sent. I tried calling customer service but got a recording to leave a VME or send an email. I sent an email 3 weeks ago and last week they emailed me to return the wrong order at my expense. I have a internet connection which was not usable for almost three months on the fourth month I have called up airtel and told them to transfer it to safe custody so that i can retrieve it later and i particularly mentioned that the concerned person have no access to mail and so they have to contact only me and have also provided them with the required information. But, the customer representative has promised it to be 1, 80, 000 rs/-based on which I have paid 4236 rs/- through Cheque payment. I was billed $12.95 on my AT&T land line bill for voice mail services from Coast to Coast Voice, LLC. I did not authorize the charges. In fact, I never heard of the company before this billing. I called the contact number, and the polite operator told me I would receive credit in 2 to 3 billing cycles. I asked her how the charges ended up on my bill. I bought a vehicle in October of 2007 which is financed by 5/3 bank. My first payment was on time however the teller did not realize that the bank does not accept credit card cheques. I called the bank because I didn't receive a receipt and was told that I can make my payment with the next month's payment d/t that error. I went to the bank to make the payments in three checks, one for each month and one for the late fee which they said may be waived. I sent the faulty battery back to the company with ALL their required paperwork. They promise a turn around of 14 days yet it has been over a month and they will not return my phone calls, faxes, or emails. You can only leave voice mail as no one answers the phone. I spent 200.00 on the jacket as a christmas present for my husband thru Brookstone and the battery only worked for a few days. It is supposed to heat the jacket. It does very well but is useless without the battery. If this is the quality customer service they have, I certainly would not buy any of their heated apparel. read full review »

GRC Meaningful Beauty charged my debit card $119.90 on 04/06/2009 for wrinkle cream. I am way past worrying about wrinkles. I am the only person with access to this account and I did not place this order. My Wife has a separate account but I checked and she also did not authorize this charge. Beware! Never, ever book your car rental with Dollar Car Rental!! They scammed me into paying more for my rental by telling me the vehicle I reserve was NOT available (as we were driving out of the lot, we saw a few vehicles that we originally reserved!) and offered us another - The agent claimed that the daily rate on the alternate vehicle was a lot cheaper than what we originally reserved, and said I would be getting a very good deal. I want to make a complaint against the people in home town as they are not dealing customers well and I have contacted around 15 times but still no result.
As home town offers delivery within 24 hours so I want to mark why it is being so delayed.

I was contacted by a company called Subscriber Services, Inc, who promised me magazine subscriptions on the cheap. I thought it was a good idea since I have been meaning to renew my subscriptions anyway. The rep gave me an option of paying off the entire bill in 16 months. I figure no harm, no foul. Long story short. I wanted to change my magazine subscriptions so I went online to see if the company had a website. I am a contract subscriber to MTN South Africa. Over the last six months or so I have tried to get the attention of the 808 help line; each time I was informed by a computerized voice "All our consultants are currently busy...". Four or five times I had to hold for over 40 minutes, eventually either to give up or have the line go dead. I wrote to MTN about this sort of service delivery but no reply has been forthcoming. My complaint is against Monitronics Security. I had a contract with them in Mississippi with a system the builder had hard wired into the house. I was transfered from Mississippi to Illinois through work only 1 year into my 3 year contract. After 4 phone calls and finally speaking to a manager I learned the only way to cancel the contract, whether you have a house to monitor or not is to buy out that contract. There is a web site called www.boxsoftwares.com that spam text messages my cell phone several times per month. I DO NOT get free text messages and I have no way of blocking the spammer. I have emailed them as they leave an email address as part of the text message. It is: briggs AT efboyd.com. I don't know how they got my cell phone number or why they believe I will purchase from them after they have spammed me. I came across the complaint of Mr. Sivakumar Nachimuthu of SRF, CIFE, Mumbai 400061 regarding wrong billing on his prepaid mobile connection of HUTCH. In his case, HUTCH had alleged that there must be something wrong with the handset. Making Connection through Charlotte NC. Flight on weather delay. Called wife to change airport pickup time. Charged $33.29 for 2 minute call.
Telephone had no warnings about high fees. No instructions to ask for fee quote. No operator was involved.
800 number provided by my credit card company reached operator after 30 minute hold. operator refused to provide any contact information for equipment company. I am a retired veteran U S Navy with 22 years of service. I am writing to express my concern about a parking ticket I received and the pending decision of the court, court fines, court fees, traveling from Indiana to Michigan and lost time from work.

Today two men in a green chrysler van waved me and two friends down in a parking lot. He said he had some extra speakers that were already paid for and that he would love to give them to a hard working college student like us. He then gave us the whole speel about the web site, the invoice, the cost($2495.00) and offered them to us for $300.

I was given a binding quote, quote #156267 of $3995.00 based on weight then when the movers arrived late I was charged additional $2000.00 based on cubic foot and not by the weight the representative quoted me on plus was charged for wrapping and tape. The delivery date was for 5 day away which turned into 22 days. When my furniture finally arrived things were missing and pieces were broken. I guess I could kiss away all the missing and broken furniture since they don't answer their phone. AMERICAN MOVERS GROUP does not return phone calls or answer e-mail either. Georgia Power was willing to provide Sawnee EMC a letter of credit stating that.
