I ordered the product on 8/2/09 and cancel the product on 8/11/09. In my Terms and conditions it stated that all I had to do was cancel and that would be the end of it. Then I checked my bank statement on 8/18/09 and there was a charge of $88.67. Receive many calls trying to update my LOCAL.com listing. When all was finished they put me through a few questions to answer. I think it was the last or next to last question the computer generated voice says, in 7days you will receive a mailing and if you dont cancel in those 7days you will be billed $49.00 on your phone bill. Obviously if you aren't paying attention you would miss this and if you don't pay attention to your mail (thinking it is a piece of junk mail) you would be billed. The dentist that my daughter used turned the balance over ICS systems even though I was making payments on the balance. ICS systems added a fee to the balance of over $200.00 for collection and even after telling them not to call me at work they continue to do so. They also call at least 4 times every day. If I had the money to pay the debt. Supposedly, if a customer, who has properly completed a form, is supposed to receive as much as $500 worth of free gas vouchers (in the form of a $25.00 gas card) for a period of 20 months. All the customer is supposed to do is to submit to the company a minimum of $100 in original gas receipts and within 4-6 weeks or so, will receive the gas card. However, it seems after getting the first gas card, no more are sent out to those customers, even though they keep sending e-mails stating they received that month's gas receipts and will process them shortly. I purchased a medication online from phdparmacy.com and what they sent me were counterfeit pills. I paid 295.00!! First they gave me a bogus tracking number. Then when the pills came they showed up in the mailbox when they are supposed to be signed for. They were packaged very unprofessionally.
