Mexican Connexion - internet company selling pottery products from Mexico I ordered two large jars off their website (Mexicanconnexion.com) from a picture posted on their site of the specific design. Prior to them being shipped, I again confirmed the specifics of my order. Their customer service was curt and unfriendly, the items took two months to arrive (after charging my credit card from the day of the order), and the incorrect design was shipped. After several emails, I was asked to return the items to them with no refund for the return fee, after their admitting that it was impossible to have my order made. Very similar to the other persons complaint. We placed an order for a Cannon 40D camera body online. They forced us to call where they then tried to get us to buy extras for the camera. Once we declined after about 30 minutes of high pressure sales they said the camera was in stock and would be shipped out that day.

I paid for 6 tickets for Wicked from www.ticketsmyway.com for Feb. 3, 2008 on January 15th, 2008. Was contacted by them two weeks before the show, they ran into trouble tracking my order and told me they would call me back. They didn't. Two days later, I received to or email so I got worried so I tried to call using the number listed. The message on that number stated that they were moving to a different building that is going to take 2 days. I tried calling numerous times and nobody answered. I ordered a 15 day trial of Renew Complete Cleansing Weight Loss System on 17 October 2008. My order & start trial date was confirmed as 17 October 2008. 7 Days later I received a member update welcoming me stating that I should have received my box of Renew I sent an e-mail reply stating that I had not received my trial box. It is now 4 December 2008 & I still haven't received the trial box.
I do not want either the trial box or any other product from Rejuvenate Worldwide & I will be cancelling any further credit card transactions to this company. read full review »

Like many other disillusioned customers of this website - my daughter and I were also given the run around for 5 months. The flowers were purchased and ordered February 9th 2009. Susan attempted to call on a Wednesday (clearing posted AFTER you make your purchase and given a contact number) to our home while everyone was at work. Unit has not worked properly for over 6 months. It does not make the water soft, it has an awful taste. The incentives are a joke--the products are substandard. The coupon program is a rip-off. Company does not want to honor the warranty--wants me to pay a service charge for coming out to fix it. Even after setting an appointment, the company stood me up. I was on a website which promised free two week trials of two products, all you had to do is pay the shipping, I recieved a call that was recorded so they said, to confirm my order for the 30 day trial I told the man mine was for a free week trial do not charge me I only want the trial he assured me that wouldn't be an issue. one was $4.95 which I was charged for and recieved. The other was $0.99 I was also charged, but never received this product. This is not a complaint, but a commendation for A&E Factory Service
I bought a Maytag refrigerator from Home Depot about two months ago. The icemaker failed to deliver cubes or crushed ice almost immediately, I think I made one glass of cubes, tried to crush one, and the unit failed.
Called Maytag and was referred to a small, local company in Sarasota. They came and inspected the unit, told me it needed a new delivery system, motor, everything. Their tech disappeared and we waited about a month with no results. Called the repair... read full review »

The information that is on this site is not checked or validated. Many comments are slanderous and have no merit. A malicous attempted to distort the truth.
Even after refunding the customers charges, the consumer still made it appear that he was not treated fairly and even lied about the fact we had other complaints with the Better Business Bureau, which is completly false. A criminal offense.

Orange advertise what looks like a great offer - free broadband when you have a pay monthly mobile contract above a certain level. The basic package is not that great, but they also offer 'up to 8Mb' Broadband for £5 per month. I foolishly renewed my mobile account (minimum 18 month term) and signed up for the 'better' package. IT IS AWFUL!!! If this is an 8Mb line, they must be using it for hundreds of customers at the same time! It is slower than dial-up.

I am being charged by 6 different companies. My order was with Res vPure for their FREE trial product, of course they started charging my visa for $102.80 cnd tried to cancel they said they cant cancel I didn't exist but they were charging my visa. Since then April 23 I have gotten charges on my visa from Pure G Health, Dynamic Health Solution, Youth 4 Life I Health Solutions and Res V pure none of these companies will answer their phones or the mail box is full cant find e mail addresses. Horrible service, go for 6 month checkup... all seems well... xrays taken... go back 6 months later... NO xrays taken but all of a sudden I have TWO cavitys and need a back tooth replaced... going by ONLY xrays! I questioned the fact that they took those 6 months prior so why was nothing said then?? At other dentist offices they would sometimes take a metal pointy tool and prick the teeth... and it if sticks that is also a way to double check that there is a cavity. Ordered furniture online - never received. Kept being told it was on backorder. Finally requested refund and never received - they will not return calls or emails. The phone numbers listed on the website keep changing and becoming disconnected. Buyer Beware of this company - they are scammers.

I was looking for an upgrade patch for my Phantasmagoria video game. I surfed onto the website of Baydownloads. They said they had video games and music for download. And they offered a special to join the service. I decided to join their one time payment offer of $4.87 for game downloads.

Advertised as $100 gas rebate for attending Timeshare Presentation in Napa, CA on 12/22/07 for Global Exchange Vacation Club. We declined to purchase their Timeshare Membership and received a form for "gas coupons" for $100. After coupons in the mail, the details were to mail in a receipt for $20 for each month for 5 months. We followed the fine print exactly, and never received a dime. No need to advertise, no crecruiting. all you have to do is wait. if you want to recruit, you get $5 9 levels deep. These people advertise a $1.95 EBAY/GOOGLE report that turns out to be a hook to get your account information. They put their advertisements on reputable sites to give legitimacy to their product. 7 days after the $.195 charge they withdraw $81.32 from your account.

Nothing but problems for the almost year I've owned it. I've just sent it in for the second hard drive replacement plus othe repairs. HP lied to me and said if I had to send it in for repairs again after the first time they would replace it. I cant count the times or hours I've been on the phone trying to get help from some one I can't understand and the can't understand me. We too fell for the scam! We went through tough times after i was going through a rough pregnancy w/ twins - we had fetal surgery at 18 weeks and then bed rest in the hospital until they were delivered at 28 weeks - one passed at 4 days old. the other remained in the NICU for 9 weeks. Hired Shaun Hamp (Oak Hill, VA) to do a deck and a fence for my home. He did the demolition on 6/23, and we got approval from the HOA on 7/15. BUYER BEWARE: Do not go for the free trial-It will cost you $149.00. I tried this and took only 2 pills because they were so strong I felt like I was going to have a heart attack. Then I try contacting this company which gives you no telephone #. So I tried to reach them through e-mail to cancel. I don't hear from anyone and the next thing you know $149.00 is withdrawn from my checking account. I will dispute that charge of course.
