Dell India is known to be very tardy in product support. The problem is that the Company does not beleive in retail marketing of spares and one always has to contact the call centre for buying spares/addressing any issues. As far as the genuineness of the spares etc are concerned, the same is a good model, provided the company has the necessary infrastructure in place. These cards charge a huge set-up fee, they then let you use the card for a few months, and then they cancel you without notice. I have proof and have printed the cancellations. This is a fraud and is slander of credit. They ask the merchant to "pick up the card" although no money is owed. If you have any money owed on these cards, DO NOT PAY IT. Long story short, you end up signing up for some trial rewards program, and ProFlowers passes your credit card info on to them for automatic billing. The rates for electricity bill adjusted in October 08 but in fact we can see oil price plunges dramatically for the past 6 months. The reason given being SP Services stock up oil for past whatever months and price was high at that point of time. How about the lower oil price now SP Services buy low now. I have never heard of something so ridiculous in my life. First they send a letter saying the address on the envelope is incorrect and payments if already sent before notice received may not post to the account on time. Then they allowed you to make a payment online without a fee. The next week send a letter saying your account has been cancelled, but you are still obligated to pay back the balance on your account. My mother went though this company for flowers on my birthday. All day long I waited home forgoing things I needed to do on my birthday for these flowers to be delivered.
