I signed up on the 11th of May, to recieve a free grant listing and CD. The cost was $2.87 S&H and a 14 day trial. In early May of 2009, we wanted 1 tree cut down, and landscaping done. We were specific with Halo Tree Service, and the guy YES'd us over and over as we explained and repeated EXACTLY what we wanted. I tried to use my credit card to place the order for the free trial. I entered a good credit card number and it was entered accurately many times but the error message was "invalid value." Would like to support existing complaint in respect of MRI Lifetime Aftersales Service. Having paid a two year subscription I have received zero information/support from the company since purchasing a property off plan in Cyprus and have been forced to resort to travelling over to the island at additional expense to view progress of the build. I called the number that was on my bank statement a couple ties now and I have talked to people saying I will get a refund for my $88 charge after the trial bottle. I was toldthe first time I would get an email conformation within 24 to 48 hours and my refund would come 4 to 10 business days latr. As soon as I received my trial order of RezMelts I called customer svs and canceled the auto shipments. My intention was to avoid paying for a product I had not had time to evaluate. BTW, I was informed that this $84.13 product could be had for $52.94, including shipping. This morning my credit card fraud dept. called to report that RezMelts had tried three times to charge my account $84.13. They recommended I close my credit card account to avoid the charges. I was making my payments on time and online. The company then took it upon themselves to start auto-deducting the payments from my checking account AND increased my annual percentage rate to 53.8%. They lured me in with a coupon, made me sign up for a 3 month package to use it. I only tanned there 15 times in a 3 month period and after I cancelled my membership they continued to charge me and continue to charge me. There computer system logs how many times you visit, they know I already overpaid, yet their greed allows them to "accidently" not cancel my membership after being asked so they can continue to exorbitantly charge me. Macy's Visa Customer Service reps do not speak or understand English very well; actually... I shouldn't generalize... but the two I spoke to (2 months apart) were damned awful. On checking my Bank Details on the web, i suddenly found a Direct Debit on my Account which I had not autorised them to do.This charge had suddenly appeared from nowhere, and i definately did not authorise or sign any aggreement for this amount to be deducted from my account. Hi, I have bought 3 new corporate connections on 18/03/2008, but my all the connections’ are not activate due to negative verification as per Air tell. But on 22/03/2008 a person came for verification he only asked for ration card and not for ID proof, so my mom show him a ration card as residence proof, after two days later out going calls are barred from the no's and then my all stories started with air tell call centre. I ordered a trial sample of teeth whitening product from Dentech Whitening.com and received shortly after a month supple which was deducted from my bank acct for $85.95. Have requested a return number to send product back for a refund and have been unsuccessful so far in doing this. They sent this to me after the trial period had expired and then tell you you cannot return it after that 15 day period. This company is extremely unprofressional. They came to fix a noise in my washing machine and left me with an even bigger noise. They sent the engineer out again but he said he couldn't fix it! The customer service is disgusting - when I asked if I could speak to the manager I was told that would not be possible.
