My husband and I got married and stayed at Honeymoon Hills 3 years ago. We returned for our anniversary and we had no hot water. They came to fix it the next morning. I purchased a microdermabrasion machine for $6, 000.00. I was never advised how much my specific interest rate was however, when I asked a paralegal friend of mine to review the contract she said that my payments for 60 months for $6K were almost as much as her $10K 60 month Kia contract and her interest rate was 17 percent due to her credit so she thought I must really be getting ripped off. This company removed my 100 gallon tank of gas two days after I called them and requested proof of any contract that I signed saying I will use a minimum amount of propane per year. I purchased the home from a previous owner and continued on using Knowles Gas company. However, my fireplace malfunctioned so I did not consume any propane for that year but Knowles Gas still billed me for non-usage. Customer service is non-existant. The claims office nearest me closes earlier than they advertise, so one must play a cat and mouse game to get service. 3 months ago I ordered a replacement lamp for my projector. I was told I would have it in 2 to 3 weeks, finally after a month it was shipped. When I tried to install the lamp, I found that they had shipped the wrong product. I sent it back to them using UPS, I had UPS email them the tracking number, and after 2 and a half weeks, I did not hear anything. When I emailed them they stated they needed a tracking number.
