When I purchased my camera in Dec 2006 I was told that if I took the extended warranty they would service it locally if anything happened within the year. When I went in to have service on same I was told it was over the year. You do not have to be a rocket scientist to know that it was within the year. I complained to the manager and he said he could do nothing. It only goes to show that service is not important only the sale. This company advertises a free test trial that in fine print guarantees nothing. They send out trial that takes five to seven or more days shipping so no trial of product is allowed. Direct Merchants Bank offered me a pay off settlement of my credit card balance. I paid it but they are still billing me for the rest. I have made numerous phone calls to customer service and dozens of emails-some of them not so friendly. I am still being billed for the balance, along with late fees because I refuse to pay it. The very same day I order ring tones from another company, which was only in the amount of 7.99 which I was charged. Another company (NET-MUSIC-NOW.COM) charged me 64.00!!! In August 20 I was billed two times for a Norton product when I only downloaded one on my computer. I had begun the process of downloading and had given my credit card information when I was disconnected. I then got back on line and tried it again.
