they told me i had one a holiday for 4 people and then told asked me if my credit card details were correct i told them they were but they could not take the money as i have to comfirm with my partner they said they will it declin and i said yes but the told me it took a third wich was $300 and something dollars i told them they have to cancell this as i dont autherize it they said they would but before i could get any details they had rang up then the security of my bank rang me and asked if i had alowed the transaction and i told them no they told me i have to try and contact the company read full review »

Okay, in February 2009 I got offered a job that can pay me about $1-$2 thousand dollars per month!
Oh right I was excited...but then!!!...my sister's credit card got charged about $1000, $100, $100, $2, $2, $110, $110...ect. Her credit card company called her and said, "I believe it must be a scam, we did not let it go through, we're blocking it for now, and we will report it."

We were contacted by telephone with an offer to sell our time share units. They quoted a very attractive price for the units with a charge to my card for marketing services. They took my card details to enter onto the contract, which was then mailed to me. My card was immediately billed by United Resort Marketers before I had even received the contract. When I investigated United, the internet was full of complaints that they are a scam. Wow, what scammers!!! Well first of all, I was contacted by phone mabe about a few months ago I was told that my property could be sold at $29, 000.00 for my two bedroom property in California. That threw up the first red flag, second of all they said that they have a buyer sitting right next to them writing the check out to my wife and I and it would be in the mail within a couple of weeks. The paperwork and verbal agreement was for my husband and I to attend a 90 minute presentation of Williamsburg Plantation. We are accustomed to attending timeshare presentation and allowed 2 hours for the appointment. However we were held there from 10:30 am t0 2:00 pm (3.5 hours). Another couple with a 2 year old child, who traveled from Maryland, came to their presentation the same time as we did, but was held until 3:00 pm (4.5 hours). This is completely uncalled for.

I ordered a FREE trial sample of ACAI Berry Detox online on what seemed like a legitimate link on 1-14-09. I was charged the 3.95 shipping and handling fee and then ten days later I was charged the full price of $87.13 for the "FREE" Trial bottle. I never tried the product, because I was taking another medication that I felt might not be compatable with the Acai "supplement".

I too was given all the same upfront promises of being 'debt free' and having 'repaired credit' in just a couple years as opposed to 7-10 years filing bankruptcy. (at this point, should have filed bankruptcy from the beginning).

Echo Trans World is terrible, definitely a scam. They moved my items from los angeles to shanghai. 50% of my items were damaged. they lost my dining room table (how do you do that?). The shipment took twice as long as they promised. Echo Trans World failed to ask me basic questions about my shipment that created serious customs issues, and my total fees where 30% higher than their quote. I did enter online for a 14 day free trial offer for a wu-yi green tea product. I feel I have been completely scammed. Now they are using my debit card for charges of $69.87 for some bogus membership. I got thru on the 800 # & they claimed I did not cancel said membership within 14 days, as were in the terms & conditions. These were not stated anywhere on the ordering & were not something that had to be checked in order to submit order, which makes it a scam. I think someone needs to go after this fraudulent website. read full review »

I signed up for a home security system with FirstLine. They took my credit card info and started charging monthly on a 36 month agreement. After 4 months, the company disappeared. They stopped billing me and I could not contact them over the internet or phone. I found out several months later that my contract was picked up by Security associates (SAI). I had a terrible experience at capitol honda dealership. Sales men over there are rogues and thieves try to con you at every moment of your purchase. They made me come to their dealership 3 times with false quotes and every time they had an excuse for not having the car !! Finally they tried to jack up the price by $800 for the color I wanted. When I refused, they tried to sell me a car with the lease popular color (Green). It was total waste of time and I sweared not to deal with them even if I end up paying more at other dealers. read full review »

Last month I got a statement from Advanta for $4032. I paid immediately $3932 leaving a $100 balance. This month they charged me $36 in interest fees. Is this legal? Banks and Visa/Master Card charge the merchants about 3% on sales charged to (Rewards Cards) like the one I had. so they from my advanta card purchases over $120 last month. I have no complaints againtst this company. I got a list of properites within 10 minutes after registering.
In fact while searching the list and bragging to my neighbor about the list. She told me about another neighbor who is almost in foreclosure. I called my Zingow registering agent and told him. Billed my Centurytel phone bill 19.95 without my consent. Their customer service dept would only cancel future charges, but would not refund the charge. To get a refund would require a letter sent to their office in NJ. My phone company said there is nothing they can do to prevent this fraudulent billing. read full review »

I had a tanning membership with this company. I decided to cancel it about 2 years ago . I went to the store, and signed the cancellation paperwork . I received my credit card statement this month, two years AFTER I canceled and there is a charge for $29.99 from Toucan Tan.
I contacted them today at the Kennesaw location and spoke with a very rude and unprofessional male who could not quite make up his mind why they had decided to charge me two years after I canceled.

I spoke to a man with a strong accent who spoke rapidly and was difficult to understand even after asking him to slow down several times.
