Went thru the drive thru noticed, no syrup no butter. Had to wait in line 10 min, food was cold, by this time asked for hot ones. Had to wait 15 min longer, asked for manager, told her what happened, asked for a refund. Ordered in mid November and assured delivery in 2 weeks. It was a Christmas present, and it was not delivered until the evening of Dec 23. Delivered in pieces without an owners manual. We called raceway many times on the 23rd and 24th to get information about the oil types and other info we needed to be able to have a working present on Christmas morning-never got anyone to answer the phone. I also signed up for free trial and shipping charges. Recieve 3 weeks later with additional products and charges. You are given 30 days to try. The reciept says you have 30 days to return from time ordered. Giving you only one week. I also found out today that they signed me up fpr another service which I was charged 29.95. In total this 4.95 trial has cost me about 95.oo. Some of which I will get back after returning and canceling what they have signed me up for. I traveled to New Hampshire to the old farm for the 'sugar season I paid the mortgage for the month I was gone, while I was there. I had a stroke and was in the hospital. I ordered a FREE CD on how to apply for a goverment grant and all I was to pay for is the 2 day shipping in the amount of $3.95 and I looked at my credit card statement and found out they had charged me $74.95. I purchased a set of vent visors for my 4 door truck. They fit poorly and interfered with the door weatherstrip and glass. I returned them immediately and am still waiting for almost 2 months for a refund to be issued. Numerous phone calls have led nowhere. The answer is always the same. Dont get a dog from her unless you have the money to pay for the vet bills you will have to pay when you find out your dog is sick. My puppy has a double yeast ear infection. Is under weight, hypoglycemic, and has an eye infection. She did NOT mention any of this. She should have known about this. Especially the Hypoglycemia. I understand that this is fairly common. I thought I was just sampling a product. Thats what the web site stated. I purchased the trial supply/sample online. December 17, 2008 my bank account was charged $4.99 + $1.00 I assume for shipping/handling and an additional $1.00 it stated for shipping insurance which I did not request. That was fine though.
