My husband and I contacted LendAmerica about getting a loan for a house...the gentleman I spoke with said that my husband had a few debts and proceeded to give me the list of debts and their amounts. I traded my 1994 model kubota in on a 2004 model kubota, so far I have had bad service from this machine.When I started using the newer machine, it was very weak after just a short time.So they turned up the pressure on the pump which runs all of the hyraulics for the unit. Well when that failed to help they told me it was a bad pump from the factory. Kubota fixed the pump and I went on my way . I bought a Quicky USB Transceiver for my Mac Mini. The product did not deliver any better performance than what my Mac Mini originally did. I returned the product to test for any defects and the product was returned back to me. Again after I installed the tested product there was no better signal reception. I received a fraudulent statement from them for $449.99. We have never been in contact with this company and have reported them to the US postal service since the used the US mail to defraud me with a fake billing. That is MAIL FRAUD! Due to a building renovation, I moved less than 100 feet, from one building to another. I can say that the two movers I had did work very fast and efficiently. However, that was because one mover took the boxes out of the truck and put them by the elevator. The other went up and down the elevator loading the boxes that were next to it so my items were left alone with three other moves in the building occuring simultaneously. I have a Television that I purchased an extended Warranty on. The warrany is through a company called The Warranty Group. The Bulb in the DLP TV went out and up to two Bulbs are covered in my warranty. I called to submit my claim for the bulb on a Friday Morning. Was contacted in Oct by MyPartD USA and they suggested Todays Options as a medicare pay for fee service for our Medicare. So we signed up. I cannot get customer service to do anything they say they will do, They have not paid for any claims and they assured us that we were covered. I called the wuyi customer rep to be refunded. I had no problem there. They returned my money to my account. The custotomer service rep also reassured me that there would be no further charges. A sepperate incident involved sending a email to a company and when they didn't respond I went thru my bank. My bank posted the money to my account with a conditional understanding that they would take the money back if when they asked for my refund and didn't get the money that I would return the money to the bank. Ordered two sets of DVDs from this company online. Their website claims that all their DVDs play on Region 1 DVD players (USA). Received the package from China.
