Our company was seeking a business line of credit against a ship, and they represented themselves as the 'approval' underwriter for several lenders. My fuel injectors went bad in the middle of the road. Dodge claims they will not cover it under my warranty because I have "contaminated" fuel. All fuel has some sediment in it. That is why you have filters on the vehicles. I those filters are not adequate then they should either add filters or improve the system in some other way. I am very offended that Burger King stoops to criticizing other food chains in the hopes of improving their sales. The most recent commercial that I have seen is downgrading Wendy's. Is that really necessary? Burger King has great food products (my favorite fast food restaurant)! Why do you feel that it would be beneficial to degrade another food chain in order to increase your food sales? NOT NECESSARY. I had the impression that Chase was a good credit card company. Couple months ago i had to do a cash advance for no more than $200. Couple days after I made a payment covering that cash advance and any possible finance charges. I just found out that the only way of paying for a cash advance is paying the whole amount of the credit. In other words, if you have an outstanding balance for $2000 dollars on you account and you have a cash advance of $100, to be able to pay for that cash advance you need to pay for the whole amount of you balance. They are charging me 24% and what initially was a cash advance of $200 became almost $500. read full review »

Ken Cashion has a habit on not paying his help or his suppliers and he owes allot of people. Recently he refused to pay me nearly $4000 which I had earned, by doing jobs for him which he received payment on. Dont work for this man, you will leave owed money. I bought a car from this dealership in December 2008. Of course no one buys from a used car dealer unless they are in desperate circumstances and my case was no different. The first couple of weeks I had the car, I discovered two of the tires had slow leaks in them. I figured, no big deal I can take them to Discount Tire and have them repaired for free. Advertises "High-speed, low-latency, gaming compatible, comparable to cable" speeds and has major lag and customer service issues. Waiting on the phone for 15-30 minutes (wonder why?) only to listen to some tech give you a novel of excuses about why you aren't getting better service. My favorite was one of the managers that told me "I am not responsible for how they advertise, we don't provide low latency service". We had the most horrible experience with Hercules Fence. They started to install a fence in our backyard, and after we noticed the posts were very crookedly set in concrete and asked them to fix it, they blamed us for actually intentionally bending the steel fence! In the end they pulled up the fence and left. Later, they tried to sue us so for preventing them from finishing so we had to get a lawyer, who couldn't imagine what they were thinking. Company installed complete bathroom for over $7000.00 in August of 2005. Starting in February of this year we had a bad leak in the basement coming from shower floor. We called 4-6 times and left messages to come and fix the problem. Never did we ask or imply that it was to be done for free. I brought my Speidel watch in for a new battery. They replaced the battery for a$5 charge and within a few hours of returning home, my watch steamed and began holding moisture under the crystal. I have been a customer of Hogan & Sons Goodyear in Falls Church for about 10 years. Over the Past 2 years service has just gotten worse and worse, as have the attitudes of the employees within the establishment. I recently took my car in for a routine oil change/Tire rotation. I had two area rugs and 7 scatter rugs cleaned by Bergmans. Problems: 1. Two of my rugs were returned without fringes. 2. The rugs were picked up to have the fringes replaced. 3. Bergmans indicated that they had lost one of the rugs and would try to locate them. 4. Bergmans left the smaller rug in my door on a Friday without calling. I was away for the weekend. I want to change Doctors but I can not find any Doctors that take Advantra Freedom. Also I need to go to an orthopedic and I can not find any Doctors who accept Advantra Freedom. I call the 1-800 number on the back of my Advantra Freedom card and they gave me a couple of Doctors names and I called them and they do not accept them. I called them again and they gave me more numbers to called but do not accept them either. I do not know what else to do. Fenway Dental advertise brace for $ 99 PER MONTH. We went in and I gave them 1, 300.00 dollars up front and 160 per month. I was in such pain I could not eat and went on pain medicine from my doctor.
