This company pretends to represent mail order russian brides. They charge u hundreds of dollars to even get the actual email to any of the ladies. These people are fricken nuts. One of the complaints on here are exactly what they did to my husband and his friend Threating him with going to jail. Ok thank God I found this site. I called 866-882-1281 and I spoke to a lady named Lindsey really nice she cancelled my account and gave me the address and the refund number to send the "free trail" back. A new low in customer service, mainly, there is none. Couple that with immediately charging your credit card for merchandise they dont have and dont plan on shipping, along with a phone system that ONLY goes to mailboxes that are full, and you have the perfect system for ripping people off all day long. Hey, to all I had a similar situation with chase because our House insurance went up maybe 200 dollars and they told us if we didn't pay 1200 dollars our mortgage payment would go up. We didn't understand exactly whey it was soo much money for a 200 amount raise on our insurance. our house mortgage is supposed to be payed yearly and chase if paying it monthly making us pay monthly service charges.
